Shipping Policy

At Ermine, each piece is made to order and goes through a structured production and delivery process.


Order Processing & Production Time

All items are manufactured specifically for each customer.

  • Production time: approximately 1–2 weeks
  • Each piece is then delivered to us for final inspection, authentication, and packaging

Orders enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be expedited.


Shipping Time

Once your order has passed final inspection, it will be dispatched to your delivery address.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 3–4 weeks from order date
  • Shipping time varies depending on your location and carrier conditions

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Public holidays or peak periods

Ermine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer error

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


International Shipping & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Ermine has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Provide relevant details and supporting evidence

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
