ERMINE X SERIES

The X Series is Ermine’s collection of engagement-focused rings, built around the symbol of the X, representing the kiss, one of the simplest and most universally recognised expressions of love.

Developed as a structured system, each piece follows a consistent approach to proportion, balance, and presentation.

The series moves across a spectrum from refined, staple forms to more defined, statement pieces, while maintaining a clear identity.

X SOLITAIRE

The Solitaire represents the most fundamental expression within the X Series.

A single centre stone is elevated and defined by the X structure, allowing the diamond to remain the focal point while the form provides balance and support.

It sits at the more restrained end of the series, refined, minimal, and precise forming a foundation for more expressive variations.

Order Process

Each piece is made to order.

Once your order is placed, it enters production. Manufacturing takes approximately 1–2 weeks.

After completion, the piece is delivered to us for final inspection, authentication, and packaging.

Once approved, your order is shipped to you.

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks from order date.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping conditions, and public holidays.

Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

All pieces are made to order.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your item is not the correct size, resizing may be possible depending on the design. All associated costs, including shipping and labour, are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs.

We are unable to absorb manufacturing costs once production has been completed.

Each piece is inspected before dispatch. If a manufacturing fault occurs, it will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Damage caused by wear, misuse, impact, or third-party modification is not covered.
